Terms of Service

By accessing or using Statvisor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Statvisor is a backend API monitoring and analytics platform. We provide a software development kit (SDK) and a web dashboard for tracking API performance metrics including latency, error rates, and request volume.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Circumvent the project limits of your plan
• Abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $19 per workspace. Billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused periods within 7 days of a charge.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Statvisor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The SDK is released under the MIT License.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Statvisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, resulting from your use of the Service.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
