Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your email address and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

We also collect data you send through the Statvisor SDK: HTTP route names, request methods, response status codes, request durations, and optional error messages from your backend APIs. We do not collect request bodies, response bodies, IP addresses of your end users, or any personally identifiable information from your API traffic.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Statvisor service
• To send you transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, billing receipts)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse

API event data is retained for 7 days on the Free plan and 30 days on the Pro plan. Events older than your plan's retention window are automatically deleted. You can delete your projects and all associated data at any time from the dashboard.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following service providers:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — application hosting

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use row-level security (RLS) in our database so each user can only access their own data. API keys are stored hashed and are never displayed in full after creation.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can export your API metrics data directly from the dashboard.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
