1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to website owners. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information by themselves, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.

2. Cookies We Use

Duration: Access token: 1 hour. Refresh token: up to 1 year.

CSRF tokenStrictly necessary

Protects form submissions from cross-site request forgery attacks. Required for account-related actions.

_sv_consentStrictly necessary

Stores your analytics consent decision (granted or denied). Set when you interact with the analytics consent banner. This cookie is required to honour your preference and does not itself track any behaviour.

Duration: 1 year.

_sv_vidAnalytics (requires consent)

A randomly generated visitor identifier that lets us count returning visitors and understand session continuity over time. Only set after you accept the consent banner. Contains no personally identifiable information — it is a random UUID with no link to your account or identity.

Duration: 1 year.

3. Cookies We Do NOT Use

We do not use any of the following: • Advertising or retargeting cookies • Third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel) • Social media tracking pixels • A/B testing cookies • Any cookie that tracks you across other websites We do not share cookie data with any advertising networks.

4. Stripe (Billing)

When you visit the billing portal or initiate a checkout session, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted pages. Stripe may set their own cookies on those pages in accordance with Stripe's Cookie Policy. We have no control over cookies set on Stripe's domains.

5. Managing Cookies

You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time. If a site using the Statvisor SDK displays a consent banner, clicking 'Decline' will remove the _sv_vid cookie and stop visitor tracking. The _sv_consent cookie will remain to remember your declined preference. You can also manage or delete all cookies through your browser settings: • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions Note that deleting the session cookies (sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token) will log you out of your Statvisor dashboard.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
